Refund Policy


We are so sure your kids will love Little Space Heroes as much as we do, we guarantee it. When you buy your subscription directly from us, we offer a full refund for 14 days from the date of first purchase, no questions asked. The following conditions apply:


To receive your refund, you must submit the request in writing within 14 days of signup. You will receive your refund within 21 days of our receipt of your request. If you access the service anytime after requesting the refund, the refund will not be issued.

We are unable to issue any refunds for subsequent recurring subscription payments after the 14 day period. However, in the event of any of the following conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund after the 14-day period:

  • Unauthorised purchase: If you did not authorise the purchase and we receive notice of this within 30 days of the purchase we will provide a no-questions asked full refund. Outside this 30 day period we will require evidence of you not making the purchase.
  • Placed too many orders: If you unintentionally purchased too many orders please contact us and provide the details of all purchases. We will refund those additional unwanted purchases in full.
  • Technical problems: If you have experienced technical problems we would recommend you contact us first so that we can attempt to rectify these. If technical problems are shown to be our fault we will provide a full refund.

If your account has been banned by us, you will not be eligible to receive any refunds.

Please remember that Little Space Heroes premium memberships cannot be transferred.

You may cancel a Little Space Heroes premium membership subscription at any time. Please contact us and we will cancel it for you.
